Hello Fishhuggers! This has been a busy summer, the beef cattle are
grazing on rapidly growing green grass (their favorite), bees are buzzing
and making honey and we're approaching high summer here in NM. Kenny is
gearing up for his annual trek to Kodiak, Alaska.

Don Matesz in PHOENIX, AZ is currently hosting a freezer full of our
grassfed ground beef. Don is an authority and living example of why
grassFAT is best. For more info on grassfed/grassfat meat, visit Don's
Primal Wisom blog

If you need grassfed beef, Don can be reached at his Barefoot Acupuncture
Clinic, 602.954.8016 or online http://www.barefootacupuncture.vpweb.com/

CHICKEN: Well folks, we've been asked for chicken many times. In fact,
we've been asked for chicken so many times that we have contracted 300
birds to be ready by January 2010. The finished product will be whole
chickens, skin-on, 2-4lbs each, $10/lb. Our chickens will be eating a
soy-free organic diet including grasshoppers (their favorite). We'd like
all of you who are interested to call in or email your order for your
yearly estimated chicken supply.

Coming up this weekend, July 11 & 12--LAVENDER IN THE VILLAGE OF LOS
RANCHOS, NM. The Los Ranchos Growers Market will hold longer hours for
the festival 7am-1pm on Saturday and 8am-1pm on Sunday. This is the 6th
annual lavender festival and it is so much fun, we encourage all of you to
come out to the beautiful Village of Los Ranchos this weekend. For more
information, visit http://www.lavenderinthevillage.com

On Sunday, July 12, we will be at the Corrales Growers Market and the
Lavender Festival in Los Ranchos. For our complete schedule of growers
markets and events, please visit our website:

Thanks to all of you for your support! Many thanks to those who have

know how we can further serve you.

Eat Well,
Kenny & Brenna Aschbacher
