Greetings Fishhuggers! It's great to be back in sunny Phoenix AZ. Kenny
can be found this weekend at:

Saturday November 22
Roadrunner Park Farmers Market
Cactus Rd & 36th St (just East of SR51)

Sunday November 23
Ahwatukee Farmers Market
Warner Rd just west of 48th St-Ahwatukee Swim & Tennis Center

We have some beautiful H&G (headed & gutted) whole Silver Salmon. These
are perfect for any holiday meal, the fish tastes wonderful and makes a
great presentation. Each fish can feed 10-24 people. We will be roasting
one for our Thanksgiving Dinner. Check out our recipe for Whole Roasted
Wild Salmon; it includes instructions for making salmon stock

Another great option is Silver Salmon Fillet, this is a whole side of the
fish, from collar to tail, these beauties can serve 6-12.

In addition to Silver Salmon, Sockeye, King, Ivory King, Smoked King and
Halibut Fillet are available. Also ask for Grassfed Beef, Grassfed Lamb,
Heirloom Balsamic Vinegar and Bee Hugger RAW honey and bee hive products.

Kenny will NOT attend the Town & Country Farmers Market next week,
Wednesday, November 26 (the day before Thanksgiving). Please visit our
website calendar of markets and events for our complete updated schedule
through the end of December 2008 http://www.fishhugger.com/calendar.html

A note on Olive Oil: Mr. Bariani, the olive oil producer in California,
has sold out of his 2007 harvest and is currently pressing and bottling
the 2008 harvest which will be available to us by early January 2009. We
look forward to getting that wonderful food back into our pantry and at
our farmers' markets.

After Thanksgiving we will have up to 6 varieties of honey available.
Some of the new types we are looking forward to include Carrot and Melon
and one of our old favorites Alfalfa is back! Also ask for bee pollen,
honeycomb and crystallized honey.

BEE TRIVIA: The brain of a worker bee is about 1 cubic millimeter but has
the densest neuropile of any animal. http://www.azbaca.org

PHARM PHACTS: Some interesting facts and figures about prescription drugs
-106,000 people per year die from properly prescribed and administered drugs
-Prescription Drugs are the 4th leading cause of death in the US
-ILLEGAL Drugs cause 10,000 deaths per year
-The average American aged 19-64 is on 11 prescriptions

Thanks for your support! Please let us know how we can be of service to
you. Happy Thanksgiving!

Eat Well,
Kenny & Brenna Aschbacher-The Fishhuggers
