Greetings Fishhuggers! I have just received a shipment from Kenny of the
2008 Wild Seafood Harvest. The following will available beginning at this
weekends growers markets (Los Ranchos & Corrales NM):
2008 Halibut Fillet-$20/lb
2008 Sockeye Salmon-$20/lb
2008 King Salmon-$28/lb
I will now offer the remainder of our 2007 Silver Salmon at $10/lb
(regularly $12/lb). You can get 25lbs of 2007 Silver Salmon for $200
(that's $8/lb). This salmon is still in perfect condition and best when
eaten within the next 6 months.
I also have:
YellowEye (mild sweet whitefish, similar to halibut), Sablefish (oily,
buttery whitefish), Spot Prawns (2lb box-set aside ALL your best
experiences with Gulf Shrimp-these cold, clean Pacific Shrimp are sweet
and delicious), Smoked Sockeye Salmon and Sockeye Salmon Roe.
Plenty of NM Grassfed Beef also still available including: Ground Beef (1
& 2lb packages), Top Sirloin Steaks, Ribeye Steaks, Chuck Roasts, Arm
Roasts, Rump Roasts, Rump Tip Roasts, Pikes Peak Roasts, and Beef Jerky.
PHOENIX FISHHUGGERS: We will be back at the Roadrunner Park Farmers
Market beginning November 1, 2008. We will also participate in the
Ahwatukee and Town & Country Farmers Markets beginning in November and the
Carefree Farmers Market beginning in January 2009. For a complete

I am happy to ship via FedEx anywhere in the USA, I'll need a zip code and
a vague order to get a shipping estimate. I typically ship frozen
fish/meat via FedEx 2DAY (with dry ice) and honey and dry goods via FedEx
Ground. We also offer gift certificates.

ALASKA UPDATE: Well, I know Kenny and the crew of the Aleutian Belle are
busy in the thick of the salmon season as I have not been able to reach
Kenny via cell phone in over a week. The pink salmon harvest has begun
and the crew will be working steadily for the next 3 weeks or so. More to
come...
Coming up...Sept 7 at the Corrales Growers Market, Chef Jim White will
grill and sample our NM Grassfed Beef Roasts!
