Meet our New Mexico beekeeper and sample 10 varietal honeys and bee pollen.
We will also be sampling raw grassfed butter and cream to determine
whether demand is high enough to add these products to our CSA. Bring
your coolers, we'll also have salmon and halibut available.

We are now taking orders for grassfed beef. Prices are as follows:
Mixed 1/8 Beef (approx 50lb) $600
Mixed 1/4 Beef (approx 100lb) $1000
1/2 Beef (approx 200lb) $1800
Whole Beef (400-650lb) $3200
All bulk beef packages are about 1/2 ground beef and 1/2 steaks and
roasts. We require half down at the time of order with the other half due
upon delivery (early 2007). Cut charts are available at the farmers
markets-whole beef orders can be cut to your specifications. Individual
cuts will be available at the farmers markets beginning early 2007 for
$8-$36/lb.
In New Mexico, our wild sockeye salmon is available at La Montanita Co-op
(Nob Hill & Valley locations), Moses Kountry Health Foods, Downtown
Gourmet and La Plazuela Restaurant at the La Fonda Hotel. Links to all
