Hello Fishhuggers! In addition to Sockeye and King Salmon, I'm pleased to
offer the following:
Halibut~delicate and juicy whitefish $18/lb
Halibut Cheeks~prized for their delicate sweet flavor, snow-white color
and firm flaky meat, these are considered a delicacy by many $20/lb
Yellow Eye~another yummy whitefish, a type of Alaska rockfish, typically
marketed as Alaska Snapper or Red Snapper $16/lb
In addition to these fine Alaska Seafoods, I also have an EXTREMELY
LIMITED amount of:
Alaska Black Cod~also known as Sablefish, features a rich succulent flavor
and velvety texture, high in oil content $24/lb
Alaska Jumbo Spot Prawns (Shrimp)~largest of the cold-water species, 21/30
count per pound, known for firm texture and sweet flavor $24/lb
The following specials are still in effect:
Sockeye Salmon Case Special: 50 pounds of sockeye salmon fillet for $350
(regularly $600). These cases will be sold as is (unbanded) The cases
I've opened lately only have 2-4 broken vac-seals each (15% loss). This
is a great way to stock your freezer, or split with some friends. Please

National Beef Month Special: Grassfed Beef Roasts, Stew Meat, Flank Steak
& Skirt Steak now $8/lb (reg $12-$18/lb) thru the end of June. While
supplies last!
