Sockeye Salmon Whole Fillet (1-2# each) $10-$15-$20 each REDUCED
Sockeye Salmon Portioned Fillet (6oz-1# each) $16/lb
Sockeye Salmon Steaks (12oz-1# each) $16/lb
Halibut Fillet (1.25-2# each) $18/lb
Halibut Cheeks (about 1# each) $20/lb

We are pleased to offer an exciting last minute opportunity to vacation on
Kodiak Island!  Alderwood Retreat has a select few time slots during peak
Coho Salmon season (August & September) being made available ONLY to
Fishhuggers!  Stan and Ginger Duncan of Alderwood Retreat and formerly of
the Alaskan Salmon Grill, have enjoyed the Phoenix valley for years and
now hope to share their own remote wilderness home on Kodiak Island with
fish-loving residents of the Southwest.  Some of you may already know Stan
and Ginger from their days at the Scottsdale Culinary Festival and other

At last report, Kenny was headed to Duck Cape for salmon fishing.  It is
not too far from town, so I expect to hear from him again this week.  They
have been working steadily all summer.  Kenny should be back in
Albuquerque in 8 weeks.
