Ground Pork Pan Sausage

Delicious, classic sausage taste. Great for breakfast with eggs or even in place of burgers on the grill!
2 pounds Ground Pork

2 tsp sage

2 tsp salt

2 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp marjoram (or 1 drop of marjoram essential oil)

1/8 tsp red pepper

a pinch of ground cloves

a drizzle of raw honey (about 1/2 to 1 tsp)

In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients (everything but honey). Place 2 pounds of ground pork into bowl and mix. Drizzle with raw honey and further mix until ingredients are incorporated throughout meat.

Place in large cast iron skillet and loose cook until well browned. Alternatively, measure raw seasoned meat into 2 to 2.5 ounce portions and form sausage patties. Cook until well browned on both sides (about 3 minutes per side).
